AH was founded by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Avner Adin, BCEEM, An internationally renowned environmental engineer who combines teaching, research, innovation and engineering practice in the field of water treatment, wastewater reuse and water security and safety.

Prof. Avner Adin, D.Sc.Tech., Dipl.-Ing., P.E. (Israel): Lunenfeld-Kunin Chair Professor of Environmental Sciences and Head of Water treatment Technology, Dept. Soil and Water Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture, Food and Environment, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel. An internationally known environmental engineer who combines teaching, research, innovation and engineering practice in the field of water treatment, wastewater reuse and water security and safety. Chair of Israel’s Drinking Water Standards Committee and Central Committee on Water of the Israeli Institute of Standards. Member of the American Academy of Environmental Engineers. An entrepreneur and Board Member in several industries, water companies, technology incubators, SWITCH Project (EU) and IWA.

Executive Management

Raanan Adin - CEO

Raanan Adin uses his global experience in executive corporate management, business development, R&D and innovation, gained in hi-tech, defense, energy and environment, to address complex challenges in the water arena. He is the elected Chairman and President of Israel Water Association, an NGO/NPO founded to promote Israel’s water sector through knowledge dissemination and public discussion. Raanan has been an invited keynote speaker in international events worldwide, including in the UN, European Parliament and National Assembly of South Korea. While living for several years in the far east and working closely with managerial and technical personnel in Japan, China, Taiwan and Korea, Raanan was recognized as a man of all cultures, able to bridge culture and communication gaps is any situation. As an innovator, Raanan has co-authored 7 patents – several have been commercialized. Raanan guides students in final projects, serves as judge in “Stockholm Water Prize for Youth Projects” and was awarded “Entrepreneurial Mentor” in Anhui Bengbu Jianghuai Entrepreneur University in China. He graduated with distinction from the elite Talpiot Academic Program of IDF, in the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Gilad Adin - Director (BoD); Communications Strategy, Media and Investor relations

Gilad is an expert of Branding and Media, owns a Bachelors degree of Economics and Business, and MBA in Business with specialization in International Marketing. Gilad is a lecturer of Media and Communication at the IDC College of Herzlia Israel, and owner of a company which specializes in branding, marketing and media strategy for companies and organizations. Gilad Adin manages the company’s communications strategy and media relations. He also defines the communications strategy of the projects which AH executes, and accompanies the projects and customers from the implementation stage through the launch, and during the exposure to the Media along the project’s life cycle.

Adv. Tzvi Levinson - Legal Advisor

Tzvi Levinson is a founding partner of our offices. Attorney Levinson received his L.LB. degree from the Hebrew University Law School in Jerusalem. He has built the leading practice in Israel (recognized by PLC ) specializing in legal counsel and representation in the field of environmental law to industries and businesses. Firms of the largest in the market use his services. Attorney Levinson is uniquely experienced in providing day-to-day “preventive” counsel and representation in legal proceedings (civil, administrative and criminal) in a variety of environmental issues. Attorney Levinson lectures at Haifa University Law School on environmental law, at the Institute for Advanced Studies for Attorneys and many other forums, and has published numerous articles on various environmental issues. Attorney Levinson formerly chaired the Environmental Law Committee of the Central Board of the Israeli Bar (1996-2003). He is the Israeli correspondent for the Environmental Law Reporter service.
